NUTRITIONAL STATEMENT: QC+® PUPPY/REPRODUCING DIET 28-18 DOG FOOD is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages.

QC+ Puppy/Reproducing Diet 28-18 has been formulated for the critical stages of Growth/Development and the strenuous stages of gestation
and lactation.

During the first year of life, puppies require more nutrients per pound than adult dogs.
In general, puppies start using moist solid food at age 3-4 weeks. After weaning, feed them as much dry food as they want or feed moist food 3-4 times a day for the first half year, then 2 times a day for the next 6-12 months. Remember, larger breeds mature slower than small breeds.
When feeding pregnant or nursing females, feed as much as your pet wants while maintaining a healthy body condition. During the extreme stress of lactation, your pet’s food needs may double or even quadruple.
